What does living well mean to you?

We are both very active in everything that we do. We walk, we play golf.

What does HOME mean to you?

We enjoy being in my home. This is the home that we want to stay in. Our home.

What do you want to preserve the most?

We've made our home special for us. All the research showed that people thrive when they're home with their loved ones. I would feel terrible if I needed to ask my son to come and  help us out.

What MAKES A GREAT NURSE?

The nurse is the one who spends the most time with you, gathers information about you, and spends much more time with you than the doctor does. So it would be invaluable to have an individual that knows us, knows our house, knows where our medication is, knows what our medication is.
We see so many different doctors.  It'd be incredibly valuable to just have one nurse who could take care of my needs and act as an intermediary with all our other doctors and trying to decipher what they have to say.
